Orders

Our sizing runs from XXS - XXL. You can see our size guide on our product pages or click here Size Guide.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this number to track your order.

If your order has not yet been processed, we can try to cancel it. Please send us an email right away to contact@hailsus.com. Please note that if your order has already been processed we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to it. This includes changing sizes, items, cancelling, or changing the shipping address. Please check that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are both correct before ordering.

Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, it will ship when all pieces are available.

You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when an item is restocked.

Prices are shown and charged in either USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, JYP or GBP. We have a currency selecter at the bottom of the website on mobile and in the menu bar on desktop. The default currency shown is USD.

Returns

Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag intact and in the original packaging.

To make a return, please fill out our return form here. When you have submitted your return form we will email you a pre-paid return label. Attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point

Yes, you can exchange your item for any size and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge, just fill out the return form here. 

Yes, we do offer 1 free exchange per order.

We do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund. The cost for the return shipment is 15 USD. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item. 

All orders with a discount code used at checkout are eligible for store credit only.
Discount codes can not be applied after the customer has checked out and cannot be applied to past or previous orders.

Shipping

Please email contact@hailsus.com right away. If your order has not been shipped we may be able to change it but it’s not guaranteed. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services (USPS) to change your address and redirect your package.

We ship from Connecticut, United States.

We offer worldwide shipping with carries USPS and DHL. We also offer express and expedited shipping.

Depending the courier and type of shipping it may vary from 2-10 days domestic and 3-15 days internationally.

We offer free US shipping for all orders over 150 USD. If you do not exceed this amount your shipping cost and options will be displayed during checkout. 

Please note that we are not responsible for the calculations and charges of any additional customs fees/taxes charged by the transportation company. For more information about these potential added fees, kindly contact the transportation company directly for more information before placing your order.
